Group Fitness

Small Groups are limited to ten participants, allowing for attentive cueing and feedback. The workouts are mixed-level, to provide a full-bodied functional fitness experience. The workouts are designed to have a "metabolic conditioning" training effect, helping you to improve your overall fitness and resilience. We utilize weights and the urban terrain within the workout.

Classes: Mon & Wed | 4:30pm

            Tue & Thu | 6:30am

            Sat | 8:30am

  • We meet @ Noe/Liberty, at the bottom of the Liberty Steps

  • Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy applies to these sessions.

  • Up to ten Participants.

Nico's coaching practice lends itself to a variety of contexts including personal training, outdoor fitness, in-home or remote training, as well as group movement and educational classes. He located in the Castro neighborhood of San Francisco, CA, and often works with clients at their homes in the surrounding neighborhoods, and one day a week in the east bay. He strives to meet you where you're at and provides engaging, fun, and challenging fitness experience:
